Challenge

For businessman Henry Engelhardt, success carries with it a responsibility to help others succeed too; be they customers, suppliers or staff. Having co-founded the insurance group Admiral, Henry led the company from zero to an annual revenue of £4 billion, discovering along the way that, ‘when people like what they do, they’ll do it better.’ Following semi-retirement, he wrote a book designed to build a world of better leaders, using the philosophy that good business starts at the top.

Approach

Henry’s reputation gave him a platform, but to reach his target audience he needed his memoir/manual to be widely available and comprehensively reviewed. Whitefox produced the book as a paperback, ebook and audiobook narrated by Henry, and oversaw publicity campaigns in the UK and US that led to reviews and profiles in the Financial Times and The Times, as well as across BBC radio’s flagship business programmes and on the popular M&M Show, hosted on LinkedIn.
